His exam finished, John slunk out of the infirmary to where Elizabeth was waiting. "Well, they did seem pretty friendly and touchy-feely when we were walking to the village - they met us partway there - but she didn't say anything. They might not have wanted the chief guy to know or something like that." John shook his head. "I got a few minutes alone with Teyla just after we gated in, told her that there might be trouble. She was pretty surprised and adamant it couldn't be true. Then when we arrived at the village, the two of them went off to change or something. Teyla returned a while later, claimed Sora was sick from the night before, and then we started negotiations. That's it."
