Greetings from Portland... Haven't been updating much, but not too much has been going on. I'm working again, at Office Max again, and it's boring again. I think I may have mentioned that in a past post, but I can't remember. Just checked, and yes, I did. But you can handle reading it twice.

Hooray! Wow, had I not decided finally upon art school last winter, I too might have been in Portland this very moment, as Reed was my first choice school (as a non art school). But yes, here I am in Boston, yay boston. In other sundries, good update, however I really couldn't handle reading that Office Max was boring TWICE! I mean, once was enough, but twice? Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!

It's quite interesting that you should make this entry now; as I have been wanting to see Garden State...but I think its coming out on video soon. And I just downloaded a whole bunch of the shins last night. But more importantly, I have been thinking a lot about "home." And although I am not yet in my twenties, I think we're both at a similar point in digression from "home" in pursuit of finding our own. So yeah, I guess that was just more insentive for me to see the movie...

Glad to hear things are going well...no disasters anyway. Thanks for the newsbreaker!

You should also get stuff by Flake Music. It's what the Shins used to be called before they signed with sub-pop. It's really good stuff.

I'd be happy to. I missed him at Coachella, but I've heard some of his stuff subsequently, and it's pretty good. I may even be able to drag Kristin and Amanda to that one.

Sweet. It's saturday, the 16th at the roseland theater. Tickets are $16 a pop, but that's through an online entity, you might be able to get them cheaper from the actual vendor.
