You know, it's weird.  I've never had a date on Valentine's Day before. It's mostly the principle of a greeting card company telling me that I have to go out and find a date on this day, and buy shit for 'em.  I mean, were I in a relationship when February 14th comes around, I'd celebrate it, but when I'm single, I'm more likely to go out of my way

yeah, I didn't even remember it was V-day until I looked at my MAX ticket. I'm so fucking apathetic about it I forgot to bitch about its lack of any inherent meaning that isn't convoluted and/or lame.
