It actually is official.

the Smashing Pumpkins are reunited and working on a new album.

As long as it lives up to any of their old ones, I'm happy.

It won't, I can promise you. Corgan hasn't come up with anything good since...well, ever. Songwriting skills aside, Corgan still sounds like a small child with a piece of metal lodged in his voicebox when he sings.

However, while you're at it, check out BTBAM's cover of SP's "Geek U.S.A." It's really good.

Billy Corgan can't come up with anything good without the rest of the band, that much I can agree on. He hasn't written anything good without the Pumpkins, but this would remedy that problem.

That might be worth the check out though, I love Geek U.S.A.
