You...may come as you are. Others will be required to dress up at least a little, but as a graduate of Hyoutei I can trust that you will be dressed in something reasonable, with no holes or ghastly purple flowers on it. Specifically something between casual and semi-formal is acceptable.

The Company Party will be formal. The Private party is recommended between casual and semi-formal. Wear something nice that you feel comfortable in, basically.

Do remember an overnight bag to the Private party.
