My car got rear-ended after someone hydroplaned into the back of it at a low speed and, as a result, Kay and I are being forced to deal with people, which is something I'm never especially excited about. I was thinking about writing, but both of us ended up having to deal with this, and it's forced me to kind of have to be present all day on

Yeah, it's undoubtedly a racket, but one I'm more or less compelled to deal with. I'll take whatever they're likewise compelled to give me and just try to move on from there. The car is repairable, so maybe in the nearish future.
