bulking up??

the sleeves on most of my t-shirts are getting a lot tighter around my biceps. does this mean my arms are getting bigger? or is something freakish in my washing machine causing only the sleeves to shrink?

that happens to me sometimes too.
I'd like to think its because my biceps are getting bigger!! But perhaps it is the washing machine
