I hate being made to feel like I'm stupid. I know I'm not but when you get people giving you subtle hints that they think you are it starts to get really annoying, and I start to sorta believe them. Just cos my interests include Paris Hilton and stupid ass reality shows, it doesn't mean I'm the male version of Paris or that my knowledge doesn't

I happen to find Simple Life hysterical funny and it has nothing to do with my intelligence and I don't have to prove myself to anyone, and for me intellectual people and intelligent people is NOT the same thing, the biggest proof of that is that the so called intellectual doesn't see the difference themself, so go for being intelligent instead of intelectual AD trust me :o) lol

Finding Simple Life funny = not retarded.

Finding Paris Hilton hot = not retarded.

Listing your heros as Paris Hilton, Hugh Hefner and Anna Nicole Smith = retarded.

Here is my arguement: People say that it doesn't matter what people think, however, it does matter what impression people have of you because that is the impression you give off. Maybe you should look at how you behave and see whether they are justified in thinking that way. While I don't think you are retarded, you do give off the impression of retardation. Look at your previous posts, and try and tell me that they are not of the retarded nature.

If you don't want to come across as an intellectual, then by all means, don't complain about it when people underestimate your intellectual capacity. That's all I have to say.

Having said all of the above...people who spend too much time telling you how stupid you are, or going out of their way to "hint" at it, are usually intimidated by you and therefore try to see themselves above you by doing that. The best you can do is to tell them they are ugly...and if it's one of your friends then that would be true because god damn, you guys are a bunch of ugly folk.
