Haha. Man, I love you and have sorely missed you. ♥
That was a very intereting digression and history/Latin lesson.
I'm excited for the film too, but will have to read the play ahead of time to catch the nuances of the film, I think.
Vanessa Redgrave = ♥ as well. Who is the wife? I find Gerard Butler strange in this, though I perhaps shouldn't, and give him the benefit of the doubt?

the wife is Jessica Chastain. I haven't seen her in anything yet, though, but it looks like she's been in proper stuff. :)

I, too, shall be interested in seeing Butler do proper drama and not just... a lot of yelling. I have faith in him!

I hear mixed reviews of the film, which makes me sad.
Did I tell you - I saw Jane Eyre with Mia Wasikowska and Michael Fassbender and actually liked it a lot the second time around.
What else is new?
