PLEASANTVILLE - Pleasnatville is a small town with just enough entertainment to keep the citizens from complaining and where just about everyone knows each other’s names. This small suburban town was expanded not too long ago because of the baby boom and, thus, the large influx of inhabitants. In the middle, and around, the town are suburban homes, all built exactly the same, just the way the people like it.

PLEASANTVILLE HIGH SCHOOL - Pleasantville High School is the pride of the town with a few championship winning teams (baseball, basketball and football) and a record of academic excellence and tradition. The school's mascot is the Wolf. Classes include the normal subjects, along with home-ec for the women and sports for the guys. Sports include: basketball, baseball, boxing, football, swim and track. Clubs include: chess club, science club, cooking club and many others.

GO WOLVES!

PLEASANTVILLE UNIVERSITY - Pleasantville University is very much like the high school, though the high school actually brings in more awards, medals and amazing students (since most of them leave for other schools across the country (Yale, Harvard, Princeton and other such places). This school, however, does have a very good medical program, history program and has the second best football team in the state, as far as colleges go.

The campus is quite small, almost making it community college-like in size as well as population and is also relatively new--it was built around the same time as the High School, Junior High and the entire town itself.

Enjoy the college life!

THE PLEASANTVIEW MALL - The Pleasantview Mall is Pleasantville’s largest shopping center, just a little ways outside of town. It’s a one-story building, making it quite small when compared to the one in Dayton, but many inhabitants of Pleasantville find it to be entertaining and a real treat.

THE PLEASANTVILLE PARK - On most weekends, inhabitants of Pleasantville will find themselves at the park where they can barbeque to their hearts content. Small groups of musicians often perform at the ampitheatre on Saturday while families come to picnic and play with their children. There’s a large playground as well as plenty of space to enjoy with your family.

If your character happens to run an establishment that isn't on the list, that's totally fine. Feel free to comment on this post telling us where your store is and the name of it and we'll add it to the list of places to go. :) Enjoy Pleasantville.
