I was at the Australia pre screening last night and when we came out there was this long line of gothlings waiting in line. And at first we had no idea what was up than I saw twilight TShirts and what looked to be ALOT of bored Boyfriends.
I really hope I couldn't fall in that category back when I was goth in high school/college. Of course, then, it was about death, music, philosphy... not about being emo.
I'll see it...eventually. Probably just get the DVD so Pete and I can watch it when he gets back in September.
I'm going tonight -- God only knows WHY, but I am. I'm hoping that it won't be too bad. It's a 9:50 show, so we're talking teenagers rather than preteens since they'd need to be able to drive to get home, and it's at our OMG tiny 2-screen theater in our bitty-teeny little Mayberry of a town. Any person who really wanted to experience a movie would go to a theater built after 1961.
