Oooh, if you do the short dress w. garters, you could maybe do a subtle circuit design up the stockings in the same reflective tape?? ^_^

oh most certainly!! i will have opaque white stockings with more circuitry... not sure about the garters though.. i just thought it might be fun to make a girly version... it will be tasteful though, and they won't show much. or i might just attach them to white biker shorts under the dress.

now i just need somewhere to wear it on halloween!
