I think it was mostly water. It was really hot last night. I sweat a lot. I slept in until around noon, and when I woke up I felt really dehydrated.

I'm starting a food plan and that necessitated going to the grocery store. I woke up around noon and when I got home it was closer to 3pm, so I started from that part of the food plan with the popcorn.
Water: 128 oz (not counting all the iced tea I had today)
Shooting for 133 oz
The other day when I was dehydrated, I set a timer on my iPod to go off every 30 minutes and drank a full glass of water each time it rang. Again today! For about 2 hours :)
