Day 10327

Vitals
Weight: 281 (-3.6 lb)
I think it was mostly water.  It was really hot last night.  I sweat a lot.  I slept in until around noon, and when I woke up I felt really dehydrated.

Activities
X Walked to Fred Meyer for 10'
X Walked around Fred Meyer while shopping for 1 hour
X Bodyweight Routine out of You On A Diet
X Walked around neighborhood, to about 60th ave and back about 45'

Why oh why does my decision to be more active have to coincide with a heat wave?

Food
Crystal Light Lemon Iced Tea 16 oz
Pop Secret low fat microwave popcorn
4 oz maple mustard pork chop
Steamed broccoli
Applesauce
1 beer
McMennamins
     2 iced teas 20 oz each
     1/3rd an order of Chips and Salsa

I'm starting a food plan and that necessitated going to the grocery store.  I woke up around noon and when I got home it was closer to 3pm, so I started from that part of the food plan with the popcorn.

Water: 128 oz (not counting all the iced tea I had today)
Shooting for 133 oz

The other day when I was dehydrated, I set a timer on my iPod to go off every 30 minutes and drank a full glass of water each time it rang.  Again today!  For about 2 hours :)
