The precision of these measurements is suspect because it depends on whether I'm sucking in my gut, standing up straight, and where I put the tape each time.  Repetition should help me figure out a standard.

YMCA Bodyfat estimate: 28% ((no change))
US Navy Bodyfat estimate: 35.9% ((-0.7%))

The US Navy estimate takes into account multiple measurements (height, neck, waist, hips, weight) whereas the YMCA estimate just figures waist vs. weight.
