Now that I've tried the prescribed warmup and 2-minute drill, I've gotta become more comfortable with it and find someplace better to work out than my bedroom.

This was bite for bite exactly what was on the meal plan for today. Well, technically for last Friday but I started a few days late and had an off day. I'll be better from now on.
