Vitals
Weight: 282.6 (-1.8) ((-2.0))

That's headed back in the right direction.  I think the previous dip in weight had more to do with dehydration.  But there were also some not-so-ideal eating days in there.

Activities
Rode bike to and from school
roughly 6 miles with a hill each direction
Performed Men's Health BellyOff Workout A
     2-minute drill
     warmup
Strength workout, (but only one cycle instead of three)
Walked from home to top of Mt. Tabor park and back
Mapmyrun.com says it was about 5 miles and about 472 feet climb.

There were a couple of steep parts on the Mt. Tabor walk because I went with Joe and he wanted to take the shortcuts.  I was cool with it too, but I had to take them a lot slower.  I'd like to get a heart-monitor watch or something so I can try to stay within target heart-rates.  (220 minus your age, I think).

Food
Ultimate Power Breakfast!
which was actually kind of gross.  1 egg, 1 c milk, 1 c oats, 1/2 c blueberries, 1 tsp flax seed oil, 1 tbsp chopped almonds... microwaved for 2 minutes.  Then a whole banana (recipe called for half) and a dab of yogurt (recipe called for plain, all I had was key lime flavored).  The egg didn't cook all the way though.  I'm going to cook it longer next time.  Or just make something else.
1 Tbsp peanut butter
Ultimate Burger (leftover from last night)
1/2 cup applesauce
(I added the rest of that key lime yogurt from earlier)
Can of Campbells Chunky Healthy Request Vegetable Beef soup
2 Laughing Cow Mini Cheeses
delicious but my tummy doesn't like em
Spicy Lime Tilapia
olive oil, red pepper flakes, green onion, salt and pepper tossed over a tilapia filet on a bed of spinach and asparagus
1 c brown rice
    d'oh!  The meal plan said 1/4 c!
Green Beans
16 oz smoothie
OJ, Banana, Apple, Apple Juice, Flaxseed oil, soy protein powder

I was feeling hungry after getting back from that walk to mt. tabor this evening so I made that smoothie which seems to have helped.  Not so sure about having simple carbs this late, though.

We watched Doctor Who: The Invisible Enemy, Episode 3 with dinner tonight.  Miniaturized clones of The Doctor and Leela roamed around the actual Doctor's brain, looking for the Nucleus of the Swarm.

health, drwho
