People need to stop dying their hair black.
Seriously, black does not go with every skin tone.

Also, people need to stop wearing pink eye shadow that circles their entire eye.
Especially with thick black eyeliner.
YOU DO NOT LOOK COOL.
YOU JUST NEED TO LEARN HOW TO APPLY MAKE UP.

I say less black eyeliner on the bottom, but you can put on make up, it's all the fags that try to be HARDCORE and cool and shit.
