For that one person who submitted something on my Formspring.
Question: Hi there! Super lovely icons! And I don't mind AT ALL that they're Sho-centric (who can resist Keio boy???) I was just wondering where you got those dvds and how much? I'd like to get my hands on them, too, and their 10th year album. But I'm a bit scared of doing any transactions online T__T Thankies!!!
First of all, thanks for your comment. I'm glad you liked my Sho-filled icon posts. Uhm, I'm not sure who's asking this question because my Formspring's actually for random anonymous questions and comments, but I'd be happy to answer this for you. There are many places you can get these DVD's from. I got most of mine off either YesAsia, PlayAsia, CDJapan, such and such. I'm sure there are many other reliable sites to purchase off of but I can't think of them on the top of my tongue. Oh, and yes, I completely understand how afraid you are from the whole transaction thing. Believe me, I was reluctant before too! Well, here's some advice, PayPal is the safest way to go. Haha, even though I said that, I'm not much of a PayPal user myself. Yes, I admit it, I just use my credit card. And so far, it's been safe. :) I'm not telling you to use your credit card on every site you see, but if the site looks reliable, then it's probably safe to use it.
If you're still scared, then you should look for a Japanese bookstore somewhere in your city. I just recently found out that there's a Kinokuniya in my city so I just can't stop from going there. Yeah, I really suggest finding a Kinokuniya nearby because that store is like a "Japanese Barnes and Nobles", I swear. I'm not sure where all the store locations are but I know there's definitely one in Los Angeles California, San Jose California, and San Francisco California. Yes, when I step foot into that place, the racks were filled with Arashi CD's and concert DVD's. Yeah, there was like, a rack just for JE CD's. It was awesome.
