i was about to take a shower myself. Should I wait until you are done?

When my dad died in 2003, I had a life epiphany and it changed my direction totally. My life is so much better as a result.

Like the old song says, "I could have missed the pain, but then I would have missed the dance." (slightly paraphrased.)

Go ahead and take that shower. Thanks to the daily kid washing, my hot shower was short lived ( ... )

And that is what keeps me moving forward rather than falling apart.
You are my heart, my love, my best friend, my soul-mate.

There are snares and tangles to trip over, failures to experience, and windmills to tilt at. The world is full of the possible, and I plan to stumble, bumble, and trip my way through all of it. I could do it the other way, but then I wouldn't learn anything. There is adventure ahead. I can't wait.

Great seeing you again, "I Drank What?" was fun! We were actually going to get a copy (of that or one of your others) but the stupid dealer room hours sucked!

My grandmother passed away when I was on vacation in Walt Disney World a few years ago. That was an odd call to get from my dad while walking around my favorite place in the world.

The Dealer's Room hours were massively wacky. If there was any complaint I would have about ConCarolinas, it would be that.

Thanks for stopping by and playing. If you still want a deck, you can pick one up here: www.empiregames.us
or swing by Games HQ in Charlotte. I am sure that Howard has a few copies on hand.

Didn't I tell you to stop getting sick?

I saw Alysa on her way back to the con (she had walked to Wal-Mart to pick up stuff, cuz she volunteers with the kids), and she has convinced me to go next year. (Exciting!) I had no idea you guys were in the Hilton this year.

THE CON WAS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM ME, AND I DIDN'T KNOW IT. :O
