went back to fargo last weekend to visit my grandma and the rest of the family. it was a good trip, even though for a bad reason, and i was glad to get to spend some time with my family. on the way to pick up a cd of "coal miner's daughter" for my grandma i saw this sign for a duck and goose calling contest with a $5000 prize that was part of the ( Read more... )

Last night I ate ramen with tofu and an entire can of red kidney beans. I told my roommate not to walk past my room with a lit cigarette this morning. I would own that duck calling contest. Own it, I tell you.

I don't know you, but I have to share... Everytime I flew in from NZ, I'd look forward to Skymall. But it's all about the Pop-up hot dog cooker. I also really think that they are missing out on a really lucrative market, and should consider an "antique" skymall catalog for the folks who really have it all...
