I’ve been suffering a lot over winter by not being able to see any good in things, or generally appreciate the good things that happen in my life, but today I am OVER THE MOON and let me tell you why:

- Last night I had “gabo gabo” salad which is a Thai salad with a HARD BOILED EGG! Egg!; and

- I just signed up for the ZSL London Zoo Stampede!

Yes! It is salad with some chopped peppers, mushrooms, carrots, cucumber (all raw) with a hard boiled egg chopped on top with some sort of delicious peanut sauce over it. It's GRATE!
