So I just got back from a 5 mile run, gearing myself up for the Kingston Classic 10k. This is my first race, and I'm not looking for a record time or placement, so much as I'm looking to finish in the first place. I am totally defective when it comes to running (so I'm an avid walker instead), but do admire those that can handle it and find enjoyment. Go get that medal!

I think walking can do the same thing. Sometimes it's good to get outside and recharge after spending so much time at a desk, or in front of a screen, you know?
Thanks for the well wishes! A medal would rock, but simply not dieing will be more than enough for me. :)
