My grandaunt got a stroke today

Is labor day weekend a bad luck sign for our family or what? 4 years ago, my grandma had a stroke the day before labor day and this year, her sister, which is my grandaunt had a stroke too.  She's such a healthy person, always eat healthy and loves to dance too.  Why is such healthy person had a stroke? We really don't understand
