Ghanima normally didn't go back to her office after class, but she did not want to return to her suite quite yet. Somewhere out there was her stepmother, which was not a bad thing, but still a bit disconcerting.

So Ghanima sought refuge in her translation work; working parts of the Training Manual into a shortened companion volume for the Azhar

Merlin took a breath before knocking on the door to Lady Ghanima's classroom, poking his head on in as he did. "Lady Ghanima?"

"Come in, Merlin," Ghanima answered, wiping the ink from her fingers on to the skirt of her robes. "What can I do for you? Don't tell me you've finished your last Latin lesson already?"

"Not quite." It had been... a very busy weekend.

"No?" Ghanima stood and moved towards her coffee service, skirts rustling as she started using it to prepare some tea. "Did you have questions that I can answer, then?"
