I finally got the cast taken off my leg today...Now I have a orthopedic boot (I dunno the proper name for it...It's grey & heavy & has velcro & air pockets). _And_ permission to start weight-bearing, and directions to find a Physical Therapist. The orthopedist is pleased with how things are looking. Today's appointment was everything I

Hope the rehab is quick and painfree, okay it likely wont be painfree, but I hope it works quickly for you and you are back to your normal self in no time.

Thank you for the kind words, no it won't (ghods I hurt last night!), and yes I want to get back to normal soon!!

Kinda mutually exclusive, though: hurting less & healing quickly. *sigh* I'll find a way somehow.
