Let's say there are 70 million households in the US that own computers (from some 2003 report I found). Scratch that, let's say 80 million just to make up for the multiple computer households and increases until 2006 (which may still be low). You can justify your piracy any way you like. Me, I'm still annoyed I can't buy a decent computer without windows pre-loaded on it.
