Wifi in London?

Are there any good places where you can use free/affordable wifi in London? I know Starbucks have some sort of Wifi hotspot service but they seem rather expensive.

Perfect!!! I did a google search on "free wifi London" but wasn't allowed to access most of the pages from work. This link was just the sort of thing I was looking for, thank you so much.

There's about a dozen unsecured wireless connections around Mayfair. It's nice to sit in the middle of Berkely Square with a choice of unsecured networks to surf from (mostly titled 'SECURE YOUR WIRELESS' or similar).
