I decided to come home to the 'rents for a while to try and figure some things out. It's so quiet here compared to downtown at night. And clean. I'm really noticing the difference. Usually, I wouldn't bother coming home overnight but I needed to get away from where the action is.

Noticing that you don't have much in common with other people can really explain a lot. Perhaps I just am so curious about the things we don't have in common that I spend seemingly senseless time with those who I can't seem to be good friends with.

So, I'm about to be med-free for the first time in 5 years. And although I won't really talk about it, it's a big deal. I can feel myself changing back into something, like familiar saddened feelings coming back but this time, unlike any other time, I can handle it.

My new job is going pretty well, it seems to fit me. Also, my head has been in the clouds. A lot is going on (outside of work that is) but I don't pay attention. Which is cool with me for some reason.
