Well - I have to say that having not experienced death, I cannot properly say what happens to the ghost. However, one would think that if a robot has a human soul, then it should be treated as human and afforded the rights thereof! After all, the only functional difference at such a point between them and a fully cyberized human is practically negligible.

The question you might want to ask first is what makes a human! There are many CASTs within the Gurhal System, and while completely robotic, they are given full sentient rights, even to the extent of leading an entire planetary government. As for this Ghost you speak about, it would appear to be beyond my programming. Certain Guardians regard beings like myself as friends and confidants, others simply use us as tools to make their lives easier.

In the end, it is what we were built to do.
