Here are three more from my series of Twyla. They were shot with a Holga camera on 120 black and white film.
Very sexy. I was aiming for Irving Penn's style here, and I quite like the result!
I love her expression here. I wish I could remember what made her look that way! Probably me just saying, "hold that, please..."
Although many tell me that there is a Victorian feel to these shots, for the most part, I disagree. Twyla's wonderful hair is far too modern for that, and her tight beaded cocktail dress is most definitely more mid 20th century than late 19th! In fact, in her tattered black dress, she brings me to mind of an early '90s Courtney Love.
