Wow, I was just realizing how good they are. It's easy to forget, because they're always changing their style. More often than not, they sound too much like another band. But which band that is shifts, and somehow, they manage to make excellent songs

So a thing I did not know until your last couple of posts: you have a serious interest in fencing. This is such an obvious question that (a) I hesitate to ask it especially because (b) I'm increasingly sure that I've already asked it at some point-but have you ever discussed same with marcus_sez_vote?

Yes, actually, a long time ago, I inquired about fencing and how to be good. I don't know if it was from P. or my friend Mike who suggested practicing around a doorknob (which mskes sense; there's a need to develop small movements). It's a fairly recent development for me, and compared to marcus_sez_vote, I'm a natal newbie. About a year or two, my wife did some henna for RIFAC. When she offered they pay her in lessons instead of money, we got into it. I took several more courses, and am just starting to mature as an Epeeist. I joined the club and free fence at least once a week. I can't get too much in. It opened up something new to me, as well. I've been into weightlifting forever, but I've been ignoring my legs, balance, etc, and haven't done much cardio since my swimming/water polo days. Fencing gave me a reason to train, and that helps a lot. Sorry I ramble so much, heh.
