I just reinstalled Baldur's Gate 2 (and the expansion) on my desktop (600 x 800 resolution, how I've missed thee?). Why, you ask? Because I was about six dragons away from finishing the expansion and I never got around to it. Jokingly, I used to say I was sure I'd have the game done by the time I turned 30. Now the clock is ticking....

My biggest progress the day I loaded it (other than figuring out how to make it open up my old save games) was to figure out where the hell I was. That took me about 2 hours and 3-4 battles to sort out, so it's a good thing I've got a few months for my deadline, then.

Oh, I have Neverwinter Nights (Collector's Edition!) to work on when I get done with BGII. But when I come unglued from pre-2005, I'll totally look into that. :-P
