I need to find somewhere that has weather like today for several months a year (instead of a handful of days, if you're lucky). Then I need to move there. Sunny, low humidity, a little breeze, and 80-ish for a high every day. Is that too much to ask?

If by “rain” you mean “a mist-like precipitation that disappears before noon” then sure. Nobody in Seattle bothers to carry an umbrella.

I just can't picture that sort of precipitation without corresponding humidity all day though....how weird!
