I Support the Death Penalty

The Stanley "Tookie" Williams issue has bothered me for some time, but I chose not to write about it because of whatever reason. But all I want to say is, this guy was nothing but a negative aspect to society, to our youth, and especially to the victims' families. Although I truly haven't been following this headline - from the bits and pieces I have heard (that he founded the Crips, however he was put on death row because of a convenience store murder - I think?) I believe this man did receieve justice. I am sure the penalty was more stiff because of his past ... which sometimes I do not whole heartedly agree with, but because the gang violence that runs rampant in Southern California which is somewhat because of his doing - I think in this situation, justice was delivered.
I know those families who's lives were affected by his violence will never have their loved one's back, however, it can put peace in their minds knowing that he will never harm another again.
That's all I gotta say, lol. Like I said, I don't really know much about this story...but I do agree with what you said!

yeah, that is just how i feel. i watched the news as he was being executed and all of these protestors were out there... and you could tell they weren't serious. they were just supporting his freedom for their own reasons... not because they thought he was innocent.
