I was going to do a post about canning today, but we lost two quarts of sauce when the bottoms dropped of the jars and I'm a little pissed and upset. So it's going to have to wait unfortunately.

I hate it when that happens--when you're all excited about something and then it disappoints you :( I was making breakfast the other day and as I was whisking up the eggs, the bowl tipped over and I had egg EVERYWHERE. And they were my last two >>>:(
