Here's something I've learned.

Requests should be phrased as a statement rather than a question.

Example.

INCORRECT:

"Bob, could you take a look at these documents if you happen to have a chance at some point?"

CORRECT:

"Bob, please look at these documents today."

The same request but one is far more likely to spawn results.

I actually already have that. :) I'm on the ball with my Ted Leo love.

Did Nick Cave do a cover of that? I know he has done Avalanche and Tower of Song. He also has his own song called Hallelujah off of No More Shall We Part. If he did a cover of Leonard Cohen's; I've never heard it.

Are you thinking of using Hallelujah in the wedding? That's such a good ceremony song. I know of someone who used the Jeff Buckley version in her wedding.
