Can anyone point me towards any good medical science fiction?

Alan E. Nourse and Andre Norton both wrote some medical SF, but it's hard to think of titles. Ditto James Gunn, and a couple of Michael Crichton's techno-thrillers are borderline SF. And there was a short-lived US TV series, Mercy Point, with a premise a lot like James White's Sector General novels, but I've no idea if it's any good, I never saw it.

Alan Nourse's Star Surgeon is medical SF and on Gutenberg.

I think Contamination Crew is also medical SF but haven't checked it out yet.
