Personality:
Mikuru is kind, gentle, and thoughtful. She has that glowing gentleness around her. When she smiles, people feel at ease. Her tone is always calm when she speaks, great manners, and she does what she can to be helpful from serving tea to just smiling. She doesn't hesitate a thought on some requests like tea. Mikuru happily helps whatever way she can in her own kind way. She is a pro at tripping and falling, even on her own two feet. Even though Mikuru is an accidental waiting to happen, she is a good sport on recovering from her falls.That my friend is the power of her moe.
Even with the nice and adorable charm, she can be shy, timid, and naive. Her facial expressions are so readable even if you give her a question or simply thoughts running in her head. Pretty much, she can bubbly. This girl's face can turn red in two seconds instant. Because of her kindness, she is vulnerable. That's because some people can use this opportunity to use her and she might incline to obey depending on who. For example, she is dragged to so many places because Haruhi Suzumiya has told her to.
As a Time-Traveler Agent and SOS Brigade, Mikuru is loyal and dedicated. As an agent, Mikuru takes her role seriously even her older self will come time to time. She even has kept her affection from Kyon mainly because it's against the rules as a time traveler. Still, working within the organization, she has helped including her older self to help Kyon in some situations. Because her role is to observe Haruhi Suzumiya and the time stream, Mikuru is obedient to Haruhi Suzumiya even though Haruhi's actions can embarrass her time to time. Mikuru will do her best while in the club any way to help and protect her friends.

--Moe power - This girl has the power to drop men to their knees. She can smile, she can trip, and she has the biggest racks of all of Japan.
--Tea making - She can make tea.
--Trauma over - She has a quick recovery from after embarrassment trauma, aka Bunny Girl.
--The Silent - She knows when to keep her mouth shut.
Weaknesses:
--Helpless - Easily forced to submission by Haruhi Suzumiya herself.
--Bubbly/Ditz - Can be clueless sometimes or have a conversation fly over her head.
--Classified - If it's anything time travel related, she is programed not to say anything but 'that's classified'.
--No athletic skills - If it's a marathon, forget it. The only defense she has is to kick a guy between the legs.

I'm somewhere in a town, but I don't recognize anything, there was a nice young woman who gave me a backpack.... I wonder what that is for? I think she has mistaken me for someone else, the young woman I mean. Perhaps it belongs to someone else?

Wh-what is this?! A puddle is talking to me but this isn't right! I-It's pink and it moves! S-Suzumiya-san! K-Kyon-Kun! Wh-what's going on!
Third Person Sample:
"You can come back now."
Mikuru announced to the males after a change of clothes. The bikini was laced and tied to the back holding her racks firmly. That's all she wore, a two piece with her red hair flowing down, for now. Mikuru blushed heavily when her friends saw her. Yes, it did had the perfection Suzumiya looked for but...
She didn't consider the weather factor. Mikuru held her arms across her chest to contain any heat left, even her teeth started to chatter. Much as she would love voice a request, the leer attack of Suzumiya was very effective. After a sneeze, a jacket blankets over Mikuru's back. She looked up to one of friends and smiled heavenly, "thank you. A-are you sure it's okay? You must be cold too." People are so nice and considerate. Either way, Mikuru kept her chin up. She can do this.
Then the sound of Suzumiya's roar echoed. Mikuru winced with a nervous look. Just as she was about to turn her attention to Suzumiya, she was dragged out with her. The coat she just wore dropped to the floor. After Suzumiya dragged her to the open, Mikuru wrapped her arms around herself once more. Out of nowhere, Suzumiya place bunny ears on the girl's head. A... bunny girl in a bikini then? Oh no, it was time for her to stay focus. Suzumiya then gave her a pokemon egg. It was white and blue, a similar color to one of the pokemons they have but... she wasn't sure which one.
"W-what k-kind of pokemon is this?" Mikuru asked as her teeth chattered again. Suzumiya didn't answer, but she did held out some large cards for Mikuru to read out of and someone held out their pokegear, and is that a red light?
...oh no.
Mikuru's stared with a nervous look again. Why film like this! When Suzumiya scowled, Mikuru squeaked and followed obediently. She held the egg out and read the cards.
"Come down and buy an egg! It's a rare one and I'm sure my gr- does that says 'grandmother' Suzumiya-san? -Grandmother would appreciate it. They are only 25,000 Pokedollars we'll be waiting."
