sorry to hear about your depression. i have been battling depression and anxiety for 21 years (and being 31 years old, it makes it really hard to not wanna do something stupid) i am currently on wellbutrin xl and have been for 5 years, and now my husbands job changed what insurance they use and it is $100 a month supply because i can't be on the generic, so my ass of a husband says "well then just don't take it anymore' really?!?! trust me, you don't want to see me not on meds. and i am also on lortab and xanax but they're both generic so it is cheap enough. my one dr. just started me on cymbalta for chronic pain but that is just as expensive as the wellbutrin and i haven't told him yet but he's gonna have a cow
( ... )
ya thats how my bf was the first time i had to quit meds cold turkey over medical insurance issues, he was like OH WELL. I was like...really? give it a few weeks off them and say OH WELL to me again. ha ha it is hard. and HONESTLY my kids are 23,19,17 and 4 and i believe that if i hadnt had that 4 yr old...im not sure i would be here today if life had gone the same way with the same stress....only without her...cause she keeps me hanging on... its ridiculous the costs of meds and food! i need a job just for milk and cereal and gas prices and another for meds! my lexapro was 160 then this yr dropped to 100 but i cant afford that. unfortunately i have to choose my leg pills if i have to pay for something out of pocket. hopefully the paxil works again for me. let me know how the cymbalta goes. and thanks so much for writing. its good to know someone is there! ~carrot~
