Oh yes, both. I used to be quite the single "dating guy" to put it nicely. I have had some creepy guys before, though, who have tried to buy me a drink and I declined. -

I woke up early and showered. Then I went to see Hayao Miyazaki's Ponyo at 11:05am and it was very good. I loved the mom in the movie. Yes, I believe even spiritual matters have a scientific explanation, even if we don't know exactly what that science is or how it works because there are certain dimensions and attributes of life that we do not fully understand. :) -
Independence Day is a new TNT Classic. It came out 13 yrs ago when I was in junior high.
Man, I'm getting old. 13 yrs ago I was a teenager, and all I was worried about were classes and what new video game I'd be getting for my birthday. My favorite part of the weekday evenings? Watching Bones
I am totally in love with Bones and I love how I've gotten my dad hooked on the show because he's been laid up from his leg, so we watch it on TV weekday evenings all the time. :) Soooo, last night I secured a hotel room for Zeke's and my stay in Austin at the end of the month. I would give it to some form of charity for children who have been sexually abused or just plain abused growing up and don't have a home or the money to have what they want or need. -
I'm starting to feel healthier and healthier with each passing day
So, the past two days I didn't work out and had some junk food (in light moderation) and then today, I got back to my work out and my healthy regiment of food and portions. I got up and immediately got on the treadmill and walked/ran 3.63 mi and burned 521 calories. Then I had a homemade BLT sandwich for lunch (w/ lite bacon) and cereal for dinner ( Read more... ) -
Writer's Block: Jury Duty
I was selected for jury duty once, but then spent 4 1/2 hrs waiting for another jury to finish deliberating and then they had to redo the case or something like that and the courtroom was only allowed one case/jury per docket, or something like that, so we ended up getting let go. I got paid like $6 or $7 for showing up though, so that was cool. ( Read more... ) -
Got to talk to Ashley Elrod (formerly Bortness) tonight and it was great!
So, earlier tonight I got to talk to my best friend, Ashley, for an hour. She just got married earlier this year and now she's 5 weeks pregnant with a baby!! Can you believe that?
