This recipe intrigues me. You make the dough, then stick it in the fridge. Then you can take a fourth of the dough, let it sit out for an hour, stick it in the oven, and you have bread.

IF ANYONE WANTS TO TRY IT let me know how it goes; I have a rye loaf rising right now so lol, not making anything else for a while.
