Hey, guys, I need vegetable recipes, because I need to eat more of them and I have no recipes for them. A fruit dish is fine, too.
Also, if anyone has a broccoli recipe that involves putting the broccoli in a food processor and eventually involves garlic and red pepper...? I'm looking for something like that to recreate a broccoli dish I had.

3 cups frozen corn
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon cooking oil
14 ounces chicken broth
1 cup cubed, peeled potato
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
3 slices bacon, cooked and in pieces
2 tablespoons of parsley if desired
1. In a large saucepan cook onion and sweet pepper in hot oil until onion is tender but not brown. Stir in corn, broth, and potato. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
2. In a small bowl combine flour, salt, and blackpepper. Stir milk into four mixture; add to corn mixture in saucepan. Cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Add bacon; heat through. If desired, garnish with parsley.

Mashed potatoes are also really easy to make. Stir in some shredded cheese at the end, and it's quite tasty.
