Would anyone like anyhting knit?

I'm on a break from my sweater, the blanket for Cheryl's baby is getting boring, and I'd like something else to work on at the shop.

Hats, bags, scarves, basically anything. Just comment with roughly what you want, colors and fiber, and I'll see what I can do.

I think, for a while now, I've been there because I like the people, and it's getting to be that my dislike of the job is overshadowing that. Maybe it's just going between the two jobs, but maybe it's that I love the shop so much that I realize how much I don't love the restaraunt ( Read more... )

I made a hat! It's my own pattern, and it's my first shop sample ever, and I wish I could post a picture because it's awesome. There's a pom pom and everything.

It's a pretty basic, beanie style hat, but I've never made a pattern before, so it rocks. It's a got a pointy bit on top that shows a lot more in the child size than in the adult.

Because 17 hours of throwing up is just really, really not fun. Seriously, from just a bit after 9pm on friday until 2pm on Saturday, I couldn't even keep water down ( Read more... )

I took Chance for a walk in the woods today, becuase I haven't in a week or so. I'm hanging out on a fallen tree, watching him run around, and he runs up to me, all excited.
