Time to get in shape for climbing again. My arms are getting spindly, and my middle is softer than usual.

I've been going pretty regularly. I can climb some of the V4s in the gym now, but my arms are still spindly. ;-)

She's right, Abel. The repetition of lifting mug to mouth is good for muscle tone in the arms.
