We have a problem to solve: do we need this comm open or not?

Since the Cast Something challenge went pretty well i think that it IS fair to consider those challenges a priority. And i mean i can roll with that :] But we are kinda AU icon comm as well soooo do we need those AU challenge at all? I mean wuth zero participation the question answers ( Read more... )

I totally would have entered the most recent challenge (because it was tres awesome), but I didn't have the time. So I am 100% behind keeping things as they are because everything has been a) fun and b) creative. However, I think having AU challenges as bonus activities would be kind of cool too. And also two week challenges, y/n?

i know right! i just didnn't want to be a pain in the ass and make a challenge longer if no one is participating :] i mean we all know how not pretty it can get..

At this point i think we might have Cast SomethingCategory + AU category in the challenges and keep the chaalenge open for two weeks.. so folks can enter both [or as many as they want] at a time and the com will not lose its AU flair :]

I would have entered, but time ran away from me and I've also been hit by the no inspiration bug which is suuuper frustrating. I agree with absolutelybatty in that two week challenges would be good, as it gives people a bit more breathing room.

I always mean to participate, but things get in the way and before I know it the challenges are over :/ The last challenge was GREAT and I was really excited when I saw the post, so I'm sorry I couldn't enter. +1 for the idea of keeping the challenges open for two weeks instead of one.

I like the challenges, but I'm just not really a fan of the voting system. I'd prefer it to be like a normal icontest, where you vote for all the icons, and have top 3 etc, not for the sets.

Just my two cents. :)
