Check out that link. it seems pretty good and the first week at least is doable or so I say now.  I like that it doesn't make me do a set speed so you know what I can train and I WILL do 5ks next summer as planned.  For the first time in my life I will be a runner!

I'm posting from at home.  That's right I'm at home, for my lunch which is an hr.  I'm eating food from home thats free in bed and watching part of my soap operas.  I'm also wearing black pants wooohoooo
