I haven't used it myself, but an elderly family member uses Clark Color Labs (which also lets you order prints, apparently). I don't know what it has as far as organization or adding info, though.

I use Picasa, which doesn't have all those features, but isn't bad. I kinda wish they could be sorted/filed like windows file explorer. Oh well.

Good luck! FB might be the easiest with the old folks, but do check otu Picasa (google pic program).
