Please rec me something? Something meaty and satisfying. First time, slow buildup. Longish. You know, the good stuff.

I don't know what fandoms. I don't watch the new shows. No Merlin. Iibnf kindly linked to a Mythbusters RPF that I greatly enjoyed. Now I'm in the mood to read more fic.

thx in advance

Would you be interested in Stan/Kyle, South Park? Not to most people's tastes, but this is one where they've grown up and... they aren't bad people. Odd, but not bad. And seriously, I wouldn't recommend it to you but that it's amazingly well-written and has so much meat you better heat up the BBQ. There's a side pairing in this, too, that will do a bit toward breaking your heart with love: Kenny/Butters. If you're thinking ew... just, no, you'll be missing a true gem. Warnings for drug use but not overwhelming drug use. It'll take me a bit to find a link but I'm happy to do it if you think you want to read it. It's an AMAZING journey filled with quirky beauty that will have you laughing and crying by turns.

No. The story stands on it's own. If you know anything at all about South Park, you'll know it can be a bit offensive, but those issues, I think, are dealt with well. I will try and find the link when I get home from work, and send it to you.

Would you be interested in Lestrade/Mycroft from 2010 BBC Sherlock? (You probably can get by with just basic knowledge of Holmesian canon.)

8 parts so far, totalling more than 80K words, with lots and lots of UST: At Least There's The Football by sheffiesharpe.

Hey, aubrem :)

I hope you remember me from a few years ago -- fandom changes quickly! How have you been?
