Peppero Day and Valentines Day in Korea

Tomorrow, November 11 is Peppero Day. Peppero is a snack here in Korea which is actually just thin bread sticks covered in chocolate. Koreans think that November 11 or 11/11 looks like sticks so they decided to call it Peppero Day. We received a few of them today and a few days back as well and they are really delicious.

Waaah, thanks for the info :) Peppero is like Pocky? I love Pocky especially the strawberry-covered ones. Good that you are well.

yes, as southenisland said. I was not able to eat much pocky since they are really expensive but I love them.

Yep, Peppero is Pocky.
(My stomach hurt afterwards on peppero day, because I ate so much! ^^x*)
The really dark ones are my favourite. ^___^x

And some girls get HUGE baskets on Valentine's day.
Black day is called Black day because singles go and eat "짜장면" JaJangMyeon (Those Chinese Noodles with black sauce)

I only received the plain peppero and the one with almonds. We have received quite a few already but I don't plan on finishing them all.

I ended up giving away a lot of the peppero I revieved myself.
It was just too much.

I also like the ones with the chocolate on the inside~ 8D
