at what hour are you kids going to be there for setup - you know - like tonight?

we will be arriving about 5:00pm.. and staying until everything is taken care of. which should be on the late side, as some of my artists are painting a mural for behind the stage in the gallery area. what time do you think you will be arriving? we can wait to hang the artwork until you get there. so we can get it all presented best..

I don't think I'll be done with work until 5ish (will try for earlier) - so get home, get work, load it up, then get over there - I'm going to guess 6 oclock.

Do I need to bring any hardware for hanging aka hangers/nails/hammer?

6 is good. and i would say bring the hardware justincase. i don't think you'll need it, but you never know... especially the hangers...
